RENTAL APPLICANT SCREENING 

Each prospective tenant age 18 and older must submit a separate rental application. In addition to the rental application, you will required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification - state issued/passport, residential/rental history and proof of income.

ALL APPLICATION FEES ARE $30.00 PER APPLICANT AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

OPTION #1-  Click here and provide an email address(es) to apply online. A separate email from the screening agency will be sent to you. $30.00 debit or credit card payment, per person, will be required and payment(s) go directly to the screening agency.

OPTION #2 - Print-out, read and complete application and submit a non-refundable $30.00 money order or cash, for each per over 18 years old. Click here to print and fill out application. 

Applicant gives Landlords' & Landlord’s agents permission to contact any of the persons or companies listed in this application. Proper consideration of the applicant(s) can only be given in the event the application is completed in full. This application will be rejected if any of the information is found to be false. Landlord & Landlord agent's adheres to all laws pertaining to fair housing.
